About the position

The Organizational Development Manager will play a crucial role in the corporate human resources team, focusing on talent acquisition, management, and development processes. This position requires a results-driven individual with strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage various HR functions and support the overall HR strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee talent acquisition, management, and development processes.
  • Manage internal communication strategies.
  • Handle immigration management and relocation processes.
  • Develop and manage internship and co-op programs.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for HR services.
  • Perform additional HR responsibilities including employee relations, training, and development of written communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in recruiting and training and development.
  • Strong understanding of major HR processes and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effective presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SharePoint experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity and change.
