About The Position
The Organizational Development Officer serves as the Director of the Consulting Services Division (CSD) within the Learning Management System (LMS). This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation of executive coaching, organizational effectiveness, resilience, and custom facilitation programs. The incumbent will apply their expertise to support the functional and strategic responsibilities of CSD, LMS, and the Foreign Service Institute (FSI).
