About The Position

Ahold Delhaize USA associates support the brands with a wide range of services, including Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and E-commerce, Technology and more. The position involves evaluating, assessing, and supporting functional leaders, managers, and teams to identify areas for personal, professional, and organizational growth. The role includes providing OD interventions, advising HRBPs and functional leaders, and driving sustainable change to achieve strategic priorities and goals. It supports the development and delivery of a strategic plan to grow competence in change leadership, culture, and leadership development to achieve organizational results.
