About The Position
As an Organizational Transformation and Change Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of organizations, particularly for U.S. Space Force clients. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough organizational assessments, design new organizational models, and plan for the implementation of these changes. You will develop a strategic roadmap that enables clients to build Mission Resiliency capabilities, ensuring assured access to space operations in various operational environments.
