Responsibilities

• Assess and improve organizational processes and systems.
• Support strategic planning and execution for transformation efforts.
• Facilitate workshops and manage large projects effectively.
• Craft and deliver compelling narratives to influence key business decisions.
• Provide a holistic view of client organizations to identify systemic challenges.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in strategic planning and execution, change management, and facilitation.
• Experience in planning and executing large projects, including event management.
• Ability to apply frameworks aligned to strategy for transformation efforts in the public sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
