About the position

The Origination and Advisory team within the Investment Banking division focuses on providing strategic advisory services and capital raising solutions to clients in the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging, and Leisure sectors. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in executing transactions, conducting financial analysis, and supporting senior bankers in client interactions. This position requires a strong understanding of financial modeling, market analysis, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other advisory transactions.
• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis to support transaction execution.
• Prepare pitch materials and presentations for client meetings.
• Perform market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging, and Leisure sectors.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to develop strategic recommendations for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or related financial services.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
