About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and business development within the assigned territory, focusing on building relationships with orthodontists and their teams. This role involves creating business plans, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. The Territory Sales Manager serves as the primary point of contact for Ormco products and solutions, aiming to meet and exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Ormco products and solutions to meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
  • Win, expand, and retain Ormco business within each assigned account.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to build trust and relationships with customers.
  • Influence doctors and staff to purchase and utilize Ormco's digital product portfolio.
  • Create and implement sales and educational strategies to increase customer engagement.
  • Meet with orthodontists and staff regularly to promote products and gather feedback.
  • Conduct complete territory analysis and planning to achieve revenue goals.
  • Organize customer meetings and travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Provide timely responses to customer requests regarding products and services.
  • Establish and manage customer expectations regarding delivery timelines.
  • Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools and report on customer complaints and needs.
  • Continuously improve personal knowledge and sales skills to add value to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of related industry experience in customer relationship and account management.
  • Ability to travel 30% overnight.
