About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and business development within a designated territory, focusing on building relationships with orthodontists and their teams. This role involves creating business plans, executing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting Ormco's innovative orthodontic products and solutions. The manager will balance account retention, expansion, and new customer acquisition to achieve revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Sell Ormco products and solutions to meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthodontists and their clinical teams.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to influence purchasing decisions.
• Develop and implement territory-specific business plans and tactics.
• Conduct regular meetings with orthodontists to promote products and gather feedback.
• Analyze territory performance and manage customer expectations.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
• Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide insights on customer needs and competitive products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding customer relations and entertainment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in customer relationship and account management in the relevant industry.
• Ability to travel 30% overnight.
