About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and business development within the assigned territory, focusing on building relationships with orthodontists and their teams. This role involves creating business plans, developing tactics to achieve sales goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. The Territory Sales Manager will also analyze territory performance and manage customer expectations to foster long-term partnerships and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Ormco products and solutions to meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
  • Build trust and relationships with orthodontists and their teams using a consultative sales approach.
  • Utilize educational strategies to promote Ormco's digital product portfolio.
  • Conduct regular meetings with orthodontists to promote products and gather feedback.
  • Perform territory analysis and planning to achieve revenue goals.
  • Organize customer meetings and manage aging receivables.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and educational opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide intelligence on competitive products and enhancements.
  • Report customer complaints and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of related industry experience in customer relationship and account management.
  • Ability to travel 30% overnight.
