About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and business development within the assigned territory, focusing on building relationships with orthodontists and their teams. This role involves creating business plans, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. The Territory Sales Manager will utilize a consultative and educational sales approach to promote Ormco's products and solutions, ensuring the growth and retention of business accounts.

Responsibilities

• Sell Ormco products and solutions to meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthodontists and their clinical teams.
• Develop business plans and territory-specific tactics to achieve sales targets.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to influence customer decisions.
• Conduct regular meetings with orthodontists to promote products and gather feedback.
• Analyze territory performance and manage customer expectations.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
• Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide insights on customer needs and competitive products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding customer relations and expense reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of related industry experience in customer relationship and account management.
• Ability to travel 30% overnight.
