About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and business development within the assigned territory, focusing on building relationships with orthodontists and their teams. This role involves creating business plans, developing tactics to achieve sales goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. The Territory Sales Manager will also be the primary representative of Ormco, promoting its products and solutions to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Sell Ormco products and solutions to meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthodontists and their clinical teams.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to influence purchasing decisions.
• Develop and implement territory-specific business plans and tactics.
• Conduct regular meetings with orthodontists to promote products and gather feedback.
• Analyze territory performance and manage customer expectations.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide insights on customer needs and competitive products.
• Continuously improve personal knowledge and sales skills to better serve customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of related industry experience in customer relationship and account management.
• Ability to travel 30% overnight.
