About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and business development within the assigned territory, focusing on building relationships with orthodontists and their teams. This role involves creating business plans, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. The Territory Sales Manager serves as the primary point of contact for Ormco products and solutions, aiming to meet and exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Ormco products and solutions to meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with orthodontists and their clinical teams.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to influence purchasing decisions.
  • Develop and implement territory-specific business plans and tactics.
  • Conduct regular meetings with orthodontists to promote products and gather feedback.
  • Analyze territory performance and manage customer expectations.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide insights on customer needs and competitive products.
  • Continuously improve personal sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of related industry experience in customer relationship and account management.
  • Ability to travel 30% overnight.
