Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative and supportive atmosphere by motivating and coaching the team.
• Ensure every patient has an exceptional experience from entry to treatment completion.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, billing, inventory management, and compliance with health regulations.
• Identify opportunities for staff development, provide ongoing training, and promote professional growth.
• Support and backup the team with overflow tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Address challenges with a solution-focused mindset, maintaining a calm and communicative office environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the clinical team and administrative staff, ensuring clear and accurate communication.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in office administration in a dental or orthodontic setting.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on communication, teamwork, and employee development.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in dental practice management software, Excel, and other Microsoft programs.
• Ability to collect, evaluate, and present data to offer suggestions for improvement.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
