About the position

The Orthodontic Program Manager will oversee and enhance the orthodontic services across multiple practices, providing training and support to ensure efficient operations and improved patient experiences. This role is crucial in maintaining partnerships with vendors and implementing effective office protocols to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Advise, teach, and train on efficient office protocols and workflow.
• Oversee the performance and training of the orthodontic office leaders.
• Support the setup of new practices with established processes and procedures.
• Identify ways to improve processes related to patient experience and support the creation and implementation of new processes.
• Maintain and foster partnership with all ortho supply vendors and representatives.
• Coach and advise on cross-care and same-day care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience.
• Previous leadership experience supporting multiple orthodontic practices.
• Ability to travel up to 50% outside of Greater Denver, including overnight trips.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with using dental software and proficient in EHR systems.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
