About The Position
The Orthopedic Hand Surgery position in Charleston, West Virginia, offers a unique opportunity to work at the state's first full-service and comprehensive orthopedic hospital. This role is designed for a physician who is either Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Hand Surgery. The hospital is equipped with advanced facilities and utilizes EPIC EMR for efficient patient management. The position promises a competitive salary of $735,000, along with production incentives based on work relative value units (wRVUs) with a set target, ensuring that the physician's efforts are rewarded appropriately. In addition to the attractive salary structure, the position includes a starting bonus and a relocation allowance of up to $10,000 to assist with moving expenses.
