About the position
The Orthopedic/NeuroSurgical Medical Device Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling medical devices related to orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures in the Gulf Coast region of Florida and possibly Mobile, Alabama. This role is commission-based and requires a mid-level experience in medical device sales, focusing on building relationships with healthcare professionals and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell orthopedic and neurosurgical medical devices to healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospital staff.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to medical staff.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Provide feedback to the company on market trends and customer needs.
Requirements
- Mid-level experience in medical device sales, preferably in orthopedic or neurosurgical fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with 1099 commission-based roles.
