About the position

Parkview Physicians Group is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join their team in Bryan, Ohio. This full-time position involves a mix of clinic and hospital work, with a focus on general orthopedic cases, including joint replacements and fracture care. The role offers a competitive salary, flexible hours, and a supportive work environment within the largest standalone multi-specialty facility in the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide orthopedic surgical care to patients in both clinic and hospital settings.
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 120 patients per week.
• Perform 10-15 surgical procedures weekly, including joint replacements and fracture repairs.
• Participate in a call schedule of 1:3, primarily telephone consultations.
• Cover a satellite office in Archbold, Ohio, located 15 miles from Bryan.
• Collaborate with local hospitals for operating room access and patient care.

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Ability to work a minimum of 36 clinical hours per week.
• Flexibility to extend hours before 8am or after 5pm, and occasional Saturday work.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in general orthopedic procedures including hardware removal and joint replacements.
• Familiarity with working in a multi-specialty facility.
