About the position

The OS Native Developer with Swift UI role involves leading a team focused on developing iOS native applications. The position emphasizes mentoring team members, ensuring timely project execution, and fostering innovative solutions to meet business needs. The developer will also be responsible for managing production issues, supporting release management, and maintaining the project backlog.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team working on iOS native applications by helping them identify solutions to business needs
• Mentor and help mature the agile-team in on-time and on-budget execution, while still delivering innovative and efficient solutions for our customers
• Production issue triage and prevention as needed, release management support from a technical standpoint, and overall backlog maintenance
• Recruiting, mentoring, and retaining the industry best talent for the team
• Research and Development of POCs, innovative new ideas for customer interactions with Delta
• Drive work using industry leading agile practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in iOS native application development
• Strong knowledge of Swift and Swift UI
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Ability to manage production issues and release management

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cross-platform development
• Knowledge of user experience design principles
• Familiarity with cloud services and APIs
