About the position
As an Osmosis Nursing Student Ambassador, you will serve as a key member of the Osmosis team and a leader on your campus! Over the course of an academic year (from August 2024 to April 2025), you'll lead events at your school, publish blogs and social media content with Osmosis, connect with healthcare students around the globe, and improve medical education through feedback, hackathons, and your own creative innovation! You'll help advance our mission of empowering clinicians and caregivers around the world and spread the Osmosis values to help create a more caring world!
Responsibilities
- Join monthly meetings to participate in professional development sessions with healthcare leaders.
- Provide feedback on Osmosis and Elsevier products through surveys and focus groups.
- Host events or workshops at your school, such as Panel Discussions, Trivia Nights, and Study Sessions.
- Share medical education resources from Osmosis with classmates and faculty.
- Connect and collaborate with healthcare students, leaders, and mentors.
- Publish content on the Osmosis blog and social media.
- Share new ideas in Hackathons and special projects.
Requirements
- Current nursing student (RN, MSN, ADN, NP, etc.) with a strong academic standing.
- Current or former Osmosis Prime subscriber with at least 3 months of usage.
- Passionate and creative leader with ideas to improve medical education and healthcare outcomes.
- Lifelong learner who seeks professional development.
- Mission and values-aligned teammate who can build relationships with Osmosis teammates and the global medical community.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented teammate with a bias towards action.
