About the position

The OT Scope Manager will oversee project organization and ensure the delivery of services to asset projects within the energy sector. This role involves collaboration with various managers to maintain QA/QC standards and compliance with security and regulatory requirements. The position requires leading collaboration activities, developing processes, and enhancing value across OT Systems Engineering and Security engagements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an appropriate project organization for delivering services to asset projects.
• Work closely with OT Engineering Manager and OT Security and Readiness Manager to uphold QA/QC standards.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with client security and compliance requirements.
• Lead collaboration activities with CIS, IT, and O&M organizations.
• Develop common processes and identify areas for collaboration to minimize unnecessary activities.
• Manage and coordinate with a diverse and global team and stakeholders at various levels.

Requirements

• Broad experience in project, technical, and line management in large international organizations.
• PM qualification or strong evidence of recent PM role.
• Experience with conceptual development and implementation in OT Security and OT Networks in the Energy Industry.
• Understanding of NERC and Critical National Infrastructure requirements.
• Experience working with consultants and subject matter expert companies.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams and drive performance.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to manage projects and mitigate challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in offshore wind farm projects interfacing with TSOs and system operators.
• Understanding of cross-cultural challenges in working with diverse vendors and service providers.
