We are currently seeking OTR Solo Drivers who are ready to earn top pay and run the lanes they love. Our OTR Solo Drivers can earn up to $0.58 CPM, and we have a pet-friendly and rider policy in place to make your experience more enjoyable. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including holiday pay of up to $1,600.00 per driver, and we reimburse 100% of the cleaning supplies you purchase for your truck. Our trucks are equipped with 70 MPH tractors that come with refrigerators, ensuring that you have everything you need for long hauls. Additionally, we provide a vacation bonus and a monthly mileage bonus to reward our drivers for their hard work. At Kennesaw Transportation, we value our drivers and their commitment to our company. We offer a $10,000.00 bonus for every driver for every 5 years of service, along with free dental, vision, and life insurance policies. Our orientation process is streamlined, with a $200.00 fee for a 2-day orientation that includes lodging. We do not operate in the Northeast, allowing our drivers to focus on the routes they prefer. Responsibilities

• Drive assigned routes safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle inspections.
• Ensure the truck is clean and well-maintained.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.

Requirements

• 6 months verified Class A OTR/Local experience.
• Pass a DOT physical examination.
• 3 months of Reefer experience in the last 36 months.

• Experience with pet-friendly policies in trucking.
