Drivers will typically be on the road for 2-3 weeks at a time, with a focus on safety and performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive assigned equipment on OTR routes for 2-3 weeks at a time.
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of freight without loading or unloading.
- Maintain compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Participate in paid orientation and training as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and performance.
Requirements
- Must be at least 23 years of age.
- No more than 2 moving violations on MVR in the last 3 years.
- No more than 2 speeding violations in the last 3 years.
- No speeding violations over 15 mph.
- No rear-end accidents in the last 3 years.
- No careless driving tickets in the last 3 years.
- No reckless driving charges in the last 7 years.
- No DUI's in the last 7 years; no more than 1 DUI lifetime.
- No misdemeanors in the last 3 years.
- No felonies in the last 7 years.
