About the position

Responsibilities

• Transport goods from one location to another using heavy and tractor-trailer trucks.
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of products to designated locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
• Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably in long-haul or OTR driving.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to operate heavy and tractor-trailer trucks safely and efficiently.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with GPS and other navigation tools.
• Good communication skills for interacting with dispatch and customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
