Responsibilities

• Transport goods over long distances across the country.
• Ensure timely delivery of freight while adhering to safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and delivery schedules.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the truck before and after trips.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
• Experience with over-the-road driving preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with automatic transmissions.
• Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs).
• Previous experience in a similar role.
