About the position

The OTT Customer Success Specialist at NBCUniversal is responsible for serving as a key advisor for local streaming TV products, particularly supporting Peacock, NBCU, and Telemundo digital video products. This role involves managing agency and advertiser accounts, leading campaign communications, and developing a deep understanding of clients' business goals to optimize performance and drive brand growth. The specialist will also coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure exceptional service delivery and support data visualization initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the local streaming TV product and capabilities advisor to sales, clients, and management supporting Peacock, NBCU, and Telemundo digital video products.
  • Manage a list of agency and advertiser accounts; lead campaign communications with clients; create and present Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business goals and objectives; participate and lead weekly client meetings to optimize short term performance and make recommendations for long term streaming video success and brand growth.
  • Take on a cross-functional quarterback role to support the process from proposal and planning through activation and reporting; coordinate with account managers, operations, and sales to deliver exceptional service for complicated agency demands.
  • Provide ideas and recommendations to advance the NBCU Local streaming TV offering.
  • Monitor marketplace trends and competitive analysis; work with marketing to develop go-to-market presentations; support product positioning and promote NBCU brand values.
  • Manage and support the data visualization dashboard; work with technology partners on report templates, product improvements and roadmap; train clients and internal teams on how to access and interpret data in the dashboard.
  • Run campaign/portfolio level analyses in the FreeWheel ad server and dashboard; access CRM database and project management software.
  • Collaborate with research team to evaluate targeting and attribution options with a focus on feasibility, scale, and data partners.
  • Deliver superior internal and external customer service with clear and concise communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in TV or digital ad sales products or sales support.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in media.
  • 4-year college degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Detail oriented, data driven, and highly analytical.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital targeting, measurement, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with ad serving systems (FreeWheel, DFP).
  • Curious, self-starter, and motivated.
