About the position

The Outbound Business Development Agent role is designed for motivated individuals who are eager to drive business growth in both B2B and B2C markets. This position focuses on building relationships, generating leads, and increasing revenue through outbound sales efforts, primarily involving face-to-face interactions with clients across Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound B2B and B2C prospecting to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and optimize sales approaches.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and progress in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or business development (B2B and B2C preferred).
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow into a leadership role.
  • Comfortable with 100% driving to meet clients across Los Angeles.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and business development software is a plus.
