About the position

The Outbound Business Development Representative at Jerry Seiner Dealerships is responsible for making outbound courtesy calls to customers, responding to inquiries, and building strong relationships to drive service appointments and enhance customer satisfaction. This full-time position requires a friendly and outgoing individual who can work effectively in a service call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Make courtesy calls to customers to schedule appointments in the service department.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat.
• Record conversations and update customer records after each interaction.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, services, and dealership needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
• Reliable, driven, and motivated to succeed.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Computer and phone skills are essential.
• Typing speed of 30+ wpm is a plus.
