About the position

The Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Front is designed for ambitious individuals who excel in high-velocity sales qualification and strategic sales processes. This position focuses on prospecting and qualifying new customers, contributing to the growth of the company by building a robust sales pipeline. The SDR will work closely with marketing and account executives to enhance lead generation and customer engagement, all while being part of a supportive team environment that promotes internal career advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Become a product expert across the entire platform and understand the competitor landscape.
  • Conduct high-velocity outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn with strategic messaging to prospects.
  • Partner with marketing to manage outbound campaigns to increase lead volume.
  • Prospect into new accounts using proven outbound tactics.
  • Identify, contact, and qualify potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads.
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals.
  • Maintain and update accurate records in CRM.
