As an Outbound Sales Development Representative for Google Chrome at MarketStar, you will play a crucial role in helping small and medium businesses leverage the power of the Chrome browser to enhance their operations. Your primary responsibility will be to simplify the onboarding process for qualified customers, ensuring they can effectively utilize Chrome and its management features. This involves providing comprehensive product explanations, answering customer inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and offering technical onboarding support. You will be instrumental in guiding businesses through the initial stages of using Chrome, setting them on a path to successful browser management. In this position, you will engage in self-prospecting, researching, and developing both semi-warm and cold leads, while also working on marketing-generated leads. Your ability to reactivate cold leads will be essential in maximizing opportunities within the SMB segment. You will maintain exceptional customer interactions by leveraging your product knowledge and enthusiasm, ensuring that you provide a positive experience for potential clients. You will be responsible for maintaining strong pipeline hygiene by tracking your activities and updating records in the CRM system. Managing a healthy pipeline and lead funnel will be critical, as you will execute clear communication with potential customers through outbound phone calls and emails. Setting clear expectations with customers regarding the next steps in the sales funnel will be vital to increasing the probability of closing opportunities. You will also execute a lead qualification process, demonstrating a strong ability to qualify leads and advance them through the sales funnel. Achieving individual targets while contributing to the overall KPIs of the team and clients will be a key focus.
