About the position

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative at Slope, you will play a crucial role in driving growth for the company. Your primary responsibility will be to generate a qualified pipeline that enables our sales team and engineers to assist customers in successfully implementing Slope's solutions. This position requires you to identify key account targets and engage with them in a tailored manner, uncovering their business and technical challenges. A deep understanding of our embedded finance and software capabilities is essential to effectively generate interest in our product suite. Your day-to-day activities will include developing a strong understanding of the Slope product suite and its value proposition, driving awareness through identifying and prospecting accounts from middle-market to enterprise levels, and crafting personalized and creative outbound campaigns to book qualified meetings for our sales and engineering teams. You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to identify messaging that resonates with various personas, build and share case studies with potential prospects, and continuously learn, iterate, and innovate by testing and measuring different outbound strategies. Additionally, you will need to understand customers' sectors and business challenges to demonstrate how Slope can deliver cost efficiencies and revenue opportunities. Effective tracking and communication will be facilitated through tools like Gong and Hubspot.
