About the position

The Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Heartland plays a vital role in driving the company's growth by connecting with potential clients and creating new sales opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of outbound calls and emails to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Set qualified meetings with key decision makers and transition leads to the sales team.
  • Track and manage activities in our CRM (Outreach.io, Salesforce) for effective outreach strategy.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our products to potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a metric driven culture.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM applications.
  • Strong organizational skills to track and manage leads and interactions.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Driven and self-motivated with a relentless work ethic.
