Workato is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our expanding sales team. This role is pivotal in uncovering and developing new opportunities through outbound activities, and building a robust pipeline of sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing a diverse territory remotely, demonstrating a successful track record in sales, and embracing a start-up environment where personal performance is critical. You will have the flexibility and determination to engage in various activities to ensure success in your role. In this position, you will focus on generating sales opportunities through email and telephone outreach, collaborating closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Your responsibilities will include setting up meetings for the Sales Team, assisting in building the company pipeline, and working with the Marketing Team on campaigns and go-to-market efforts. You will also consult with existing customers to understand their current use of Workato and their future business goals. Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the specified schedule is essential, as is the ability to continuously improve through feedback.
