About the position

The Outbound Tele Sales Agent - Primary Care is responsible for re-engaging Medicare eligible patients through telephonic conversations. This role involves anticipating patient needs, providing guidance, and delivering exceptional customer service. The agent will describe services offered and promote the clinical care model, while documenting interactions across multiple systems. The position requires independent decision-making and adherence to quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Medicare eligible patients through telephonic conversations to win back and re-engage them.
• Provide guidance and stellar customer service to patients.
• Effectively describe services offered and promote the clinical care model.
• Document and modify contact notes across multiple systems as necessary.
• Understand department and organizational strategies and objectives.
• Make independent decisions regarding work methods in ambiguous situations.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards while working independently.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect meaningfully with customers to build emotional engagement.
• Skill in simplifying complexity and integrating internal efforts for optimal customer experience.
• Comfortable working in a telephonic intensive environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree.
• Telephonic sales experience (inbound, outbound).
• Understanding of value-based primary care and/or Medicare Advantage.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish with the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages without limitations.
