About the position

The Outdoor Cultivator at CULTA is responsible for performing daily cultivation tasks in outdoor settings and within the Headhouse grow room. This role involves monitoring plant health, conducting daily scouting activities, and executing various hands-on cultivation tasks while adhering to standard operating procedures. The position requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions and emphasizes teamwork and communication within the Outdoor Cultivation team.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply specific methods and procedures for all tasks as per cultivation SOPs.
• Monitor plant health and growth rates, reporting any changes to management.
• Conduct daily scouting activities and plant feeding assessments.
• Perform daily cleaning operations throughout the facility.
• Engage in hands-on tasks including transplanting, cloning, pruning, waste disposal, harvesting, foliar spraying, trellising, tracking tags, and mixing fertilizer.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be over 21 and able to pass all applicable background checks and drug screenings.
• Strong desire to work outside in the elements.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and ability to learn new software programs.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change.
