Responsibilities

• Lead groups of campers from Kindergarten to Grade 12, demonstrating confidence and determination in challenging situations.
• Represent Trackers Earth with excellent communication and networking skills, showing resilience in overcoming obstacles.
• Maintain and ensure cleanliness of outdoor gear and activities, addressing operational challenges with quick thinking.
• Bring creativity and energy to create engaging and action-packed experiences for youth.
• Inspire and educate campers on environmental stewardship and historical lore, ensuring impactful learning.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to make quick decisions and adapt in unpredictable environments.
• Experience in physically demanding roles, capable of walking 10K-20K steps in various weather conditions.
• Ability to engage and educate children of all ages, tailoring communication and activities accordingly.
• Specialized skills in outdoor activities or related fields, such as archaeology or tactical skills.
