Responsibilities

• Sell outdoor living features including decks, patios, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and fireplaces.
• Create estimates and proposals for clients, including the development of construction costs.
• Conduct home visits to gather data, take photos, and get measurements.
• Develop drawings that accurately reflect customer desires.
• Utilize basic computer skills for word processing, spreadsheets, and email communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in outdoor living or a closely related field.
• Valid driver's license for home visits.
• Ability to create accurate estimates and proposals.
• Basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Good communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with a computerized landscape drawing program.
