Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Assist customers with their accounts using iPads and Kiosks.
• Encourage customers to download and use the company app.
• Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive experience for customers.
• Perform outdoor work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Exceptional customer service skills are required.
• Availability to work on weekends is mandatory.
