About the position

The Retail Sales Associate position at Bealls Outlet, Burkes Outlet, and Home Centric is a part-time role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. Associates will engage with guests, maintain store standards, and support daily operations while fostering a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through guest engagement and exceptional service.
• Maintain high guest readiness standards and a clean store environment.
• Promote and educate guests on credit and loyalty programs.
• Execute store merchandising direction and standards.
• Manage product flow, inventory flexing, and store operations functions.
• Utilize company standard software, systems, and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Helpful attitude towards guests and team members.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Experience with Zebra PDA and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including days, mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
