Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Assist the management team in building store business.
• Service multiple customers simultaneously and handle projects concurrently.
• Stay informed about fashion trends and new arrivals, including product knowledge about fit, color, and style.
• Use product knowledge to create outfits for customers and suggest matching items.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships to support a productive work environment.
• Communicate store information and brand initiatives to management to enhance customer experience.
• Maximize individual performance through learning opportunities and feedback.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas.
• Support operational excellence by managing inventory according to policies and procedures.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Lead or supervise others occasionally and open/close the store.

• Able to lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
• Technological aptitude to navigate POS/computer/iPad/handheld systems.
• Open availability of up to 29 hours per week.
