The Retail Outlet Experience Specialist at Bob's Discount Furniture is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience. This role emphasizes a low-pressure, consultative sales approach, ensuring customers receive honest and respectful treatment while exploring beautiful home furnishing solutions at marked down prices. The position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, requiring flexibility in scheduling to accommodate retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage customers, providing them with world-class customer service.
  • Generate sales through a low-pressure consultative approach.

Requirements

  • Energetic, self-motivated customer service professional with exceptional interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work a 5-day retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, and most holidays.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience in a retail environment is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills.
