The Retail Outlet Experience Specialist at Bob's Discount Furniture is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience. The position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, requiring flexibility in scheduling to accommodate retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Energetic, self-motivated customer service professional with exceptional interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a 5-day retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, and most holidays.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous sales or customer service experience in a retail environment is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organizational skills.
