Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between DFW outpatient facilities, the community, and referring agencies.
  • Create demand for outpatient facility services through effective marketing and sales methods.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and the Business Development Team.
  • Present a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in healthcare business development/marketing environment with measurable results.
  • Knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles preferred.
  • Prior marketing and sales experience highly desirable.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Knowledge of the Dallas area behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, and referral sources.
