As an outpatient clinician, you will be responsible for working with children, adolescents, and adults, providing essential mental health services. This includes conducting intakes and assessments, developing individual treatment plans, and delivering ongoing therapy. You will also engage in harm-reduction and recovery planning, crisis intervention, and referrals to community resources, collaborating with both natural and formal supports to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Completion of intakes and assessments for appropriate level of service.
  • Completion of individual treatment plans.
  • Ongoing individual, and possibly group therapy.
  • Harm-reduction and recovery planning as needed.
  • Crisis intervention as needed.
  • Referrals to community resources.
  • Collaboration with other natural and formal supports.

Requirements

  • Must have completed a Master's degree from an accredited school in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW eligible).
  • Previous experience with children and adolescents preferred.
  • Experience in the field of mental health and substance abuse preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and writing skills.
  • Flexible schedule some evenings and/or Saturdays required.
