About the position
Sodexo is seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Registered Dietitian to join our team at affiliated clinics of the Queen's Health System. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized nutrition counseling to patients who require different dietary plans. This will involve utilizing telemedicine for consultations and traveling to various locations on Oahu and the neighboring islands to meet with patients in person. You will play a crucial role in supporting treating providers within a patient-centered, integrated model of nutrition care. This includes conducting nutritional screenings and assessments specifically for adults with behavioral health needs. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work alongside both professionals and non-professionals to strengthen the healthcare team and ensure that patients receive excellent nutrition care. Your expertise will be vital in helping patients understand their dietary needs and how to implement changes that can improve their health outcomes. This position not only requires clinical knowledge but also a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 counseling for patients requiring different diets.

Requirements
- Registered Dietitian with 1 or more years' experience.
- Prior experience in the outpatient arena.
- Broad clinical knowledge in nutrition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff.
- Valid state driver's license in good standing.
- Reliable vehicle.
