Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of treatment plans and interventions for individuals with mental health disorders
• Conduct data collection and documentation of patient progress and behaviors
• Perform patient assessments to identify needs and develop appropriate care plans
• Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements

• Master's degree in mental health or related field preferred
• Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral health disorders is highly desirable
• Knowledge of psychotherapy techniques and interventions
• Familiarity with ICD-10 coding and documentation standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
