As a Dialysis Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) with Fresenius Medical Care, you will be part of a close-knit, collaborative team responsible for delivering unique care plans and providing dialysis treatment to patients facing end stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease. Our clinic RNs build strong bonds and lasting relationships with people who entrust us with their care, their families, and fellow care team members. You will play a crucial role in coordinating patient care, which includes assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned group of hemodialysis patients. This involves delegating appropriate tasks to direct patient care staff and performing ongoing analysis of patient data with each visit, documenting findings in the patient medical record. You will also adjust or modify treatment plans as necessary and notify your supervisor as needed. In addition to providing direct patient care, you will be responsible for educating patients and their families about their treatment options and ensuring they are aware of transplant possibilities. You will administer medications as prescribed and assist with emergency response measures when required. Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team is essential to ensure a comprehensive patient care plan is in place. As part of your professional development, you will enter our Clinical Advancement Program (CAP), which allows you to grow and advance in your career by developing clinical leadership skills and sharing your expertise with others. At Fresenius Medical Care, we believe our employees are our most important asset. We value, care about, and support our people, providing various forms of assistance, including tuition reimbursement and scholarships for family members. Our focus on diversity creates a nurturing environment that welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, promoting equity and inclusion within our workforce. If you are looking for a career where you can make a significant difference in the lives of patients living with kidney disease, we encourage you to apply today.
