About The Position
The Outpatient RN CAP 1 is an entry-level position within the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) at Fresenius Kidney Care. This role is responsible for providing and coordinating clinically competent care for patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The RN will work as part of the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) healthcare team, participating in decision-making, teaching, leadership functions, and quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes.
