Responsibilities

• Provide case management services
• Develop written service plans
• Conduct crisis interventions
• Perform psychological evaluations
• Facilitate wraparound team meetings
• Create written diagnostic assessments including behavioral, substance abuse, and economic self-sufficiency evaluations.

Requirements

• Must be a Resident in Counseling or Licensed therapist
• Experience in behavioral health services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with crisis intervention
• Familiarity with wraparound services
• Knowledge of substance abuse treatment
