About the position

The Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) is an Intensive Outpatient Mental Health Center dedicated to providing exceptional services to adolescents in Davie, FL, and is now expanding its reach to Kendall and South Miami. We are seeking a passionate Outreach and Business Development Representative who will serve as an ambassador for our organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that every potential patient, parent, and provider in South Florida is aware of the valuable programs we offer. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our Admissions Director to identify and cultivate patient referral sources, build strong relationships with clinical partners, and facilitate admissions for teens and families in need of mental health support. In this position, you will engage in various outreach activities, including conducting daily face-to-face marketing meetings, attending networking events, and sponsoring events to drive interest and awareness of our services. You will also initiate phone, mail, email, and social media campaigns aimed at educating professionals such as therapists, psychiatrists, schools, and hospitals about the Adolescent Wellness Academy. Your role will involve deepening relationships with existing referral sources and acting as a consultant for families and professionals seeking access to our services. Additionally, you will participate in the admissions process, conducting intake sessions and supporting clients until their first day in the program. Maintaining organized leads and partnerships through our CRM system will also be a key responsibility. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Ability to travel locally (within ~1 hour driving distance) for meetings with potential referral partners.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Level 2 Background Check and Drug Test required.
