The LIHEAP Outreach Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, organizing, and implementing outreach events aimed at supporting low-income households in Champaign County. This role involves determining benefits eligibility to help maintain utilities and providing information or referrals for additional service needs. The Coordinator also supports the Utility Assistance Program staff in the absence of the Program Manager, ensuring the delivery of program services in alignment with the agency's vision, mission, and values.
