The Outreach Executive (OE) at Oak Street Health plays a crucial role in developing relationships with key businesses and organizations within their assigned territory to create patient acquisition opportunities. Reporting directly to the Outreach/Sales Director, the OE is responsible for engaging prospective patients, introducing them to Oak Street Health, and guiding them through the new patient journey. This position is pivotal in ensuring that the organization meets its patient acquisition targets while maintaining a high level of customer service and community engagement. In this role, the OE will develop, implement, and execute an effective sales strategy aimed at achieving patient acquisition goals. The OE must demonstrate the ability to maintain and grow a rigorous sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. The position requires generating leads through prospecting and building relationships within the community, nurturing prospective patients, and utilizing various communication methods such as email, phone, and networking. The OE will also master internal sales and marketing programs to maximize effectiveness and strategically develop local relationships and sales plans, planning 3-6 months in advance to accurately forecast sales performance. Account management is another key aspect of this role. The OE will prospect, engage, and create new trusting relationships with local businesses at multiple levels, including employees, key contacts, managers, and business leaders, to drive patient growth opportunities. The OE will manage an account book of over 40 community and business partners, gaining a deep understanding of their challenges to create mutually beneficial relationships. This includes developing and managing an account development plan, capturing customer information, and reporting sales activity data into the CRM system. The OE will also create sales plans that organize efforts around the business development cycle, from prospecting to proposal creation and relationship development, all aimed at developing new opportunities for patient acquisition.
